Earlier this month I hosted my first essential oils class. I was so nervous because I do not ever want to push someone to do something they don’t really want to do and I didn’t want to just host another one of ‘those’ parties. However, I did want to educate and introduce essential oils to people that I felt could benefit from them or had expressed interest in the past. I am so glad I did it; we had so much fun!
The biggest thing I stressed at the class and will continue to stress (and if you are in my daily life, I apologize you may hear this often) is that I want to educate and help people! That is my goal in starting up my business and I truly feel led that God wants me to share my journey! My goal is not and will not be to make a bunch of money or even to just sell a product! I continue to feel God pushing and leading me to my true goal by providing for me the ability to give oils to some, passing on as much of a discount as I can to others, and educating and developing relationships throughout the process to inspire, encourage and teach those on my team and anyone else with that desire. I have been graciously blessed to do this by the same Creator that spoke every oil into existence! It is crazy to me as I never saw myself doing this in any capacity, however that is how our God likes to work best sometimes isn’t it? Taking us out of our comfort zone and leading us to do something we never thought was possible for ourselves! Through this process He is also providing some for our family to reach some of our other goals we didn’t think were reachable or at least not any time soon! Our God is powerful and really does orchestrate some amazing things that all work together for our good!
So in preparing for my class, I prayed a lot, did my research, and of course decorated! We had such a fun afternoon of learning and chatting about essential oils along with some really yummy snacks. I am so happy with the way it turned out and I can’t wait for my next class!
